Cambourne is a new, growing community nine miles west of Cambridge, designed as a series of three interlinked villages. Cambourne Church started meeting shortly after the first residents arrived in 1999 and has grown steadily with the community, playing an instrumental role from its very beginning. We are a lively ecumenical partnership sponsored by the Church of England, the Baptist Union, the Methodist Church and the United Reformed Church, and in association with the Roman Catholic Church. We welcome people from all traditions and many from none. As Christians in a new town we are committed to being welcoming, hospitable and practical. Together we aim to serve Cambourne with the good news of Jesus Christ which we believe transforms individuals and shapes communities.

Sunday morning services are normally held at 9.30am & 11.00am; the 9.30am service is more traditional and reflective, while the 11.00am service is more contemporary with activities offered for children and young people. On the first Sunday of the month we all meet together at 10am. Communion is celebrated on the first and second Sunday of the month. We all meet together at 10.00am during the month of August.
We meet at:

We have a fantastic programme for the children and young people at the Church for ages 3-18. Children and young people stay with their families at the start of the service as we worship (sing songs!) together for the first part of the morning. Someone will announce when the children and young people need to go to their programme. We have young church for those from 3 - Yr 6 and a youth group called Xtreme for our young people in years 7-11 (on the second Sunday of the month the young people stay in the service), these groups run at the 10am and 11am services.
